There is a new version of Cyberboard just released - version 3.  It adds more features, and more importantly, adds half a million colors to the 256 colors available in version 2.  I was thinking about this, and I've decided to create another gamebox for Ogre, this one using Cyberboard version 3.

The working title is Ogre Miniatures gamebox, and I'd like to use the photos of painted Ogre miniatures on the counters.   Here's a TEST counter:

Note this is a DRAFT quality counter, but you can see the potential.  Thanks to David Morse and his site Command Post Gamma - that's where I swiped the pic from.  Yes David, that's Ivan the Terrible on the counter.

Or maybe I should just put the miniature on the map with no counter like so:

Anyway I need a collaborator.  I cannot paint minis to save my life.  If you are a great mini painter and are good with a digital camera, and you'd like to get involved, please let me know.  As of August 2005 the position (if you can call it that) is still open.

You can see a DRAFT map here.  The final gamebox will be submitted to SJG for licensing.

There will be no fame nor fortune for the collaborators, but I think we can make a fantastic looking gamebox.  Hell, it can even be entered into the CyberBoard Olympics!
